👋What are our wishes?
We are looking for a GIS Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of an Enterprise GIS environment. The role focuses on improving data quality, enabling system integration, supporting users, and ensuring efficient use of GIS tools across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in GIS, preferably in an Enterprise GIS environment
Strong experience with ESRI ArcGIS (Enterprise, Pro, AGOL) and QGIS
Knowledge of GeoServer / GeoNode is a plus
Experience with SharePoint and Power BI; PowerApps/Power Automate is an advantage
Strong data management, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
💼How can you contribute to the team?
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain the Enterprise GIS platform, including data, applications, and user access
Clean, validate, and standardize GIS data to ensure accuracy and readiness for integration
Perform system housekeeping (user licenses, inactive accounts, outdated or duplicate datasets)
Review GIS data and applications for completeness, compliance, and proper documentation
Provide hands-on support to users in utilizing GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, dashboards, map visualizations)
Assist in identifying key GIS use cases and support migration into the Enterprise GIS
Contribute to research and analysis of GIS usage, trends, and ROI
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and handle support tickets or service requests
Collaborate with team members and provide backup support when needed
Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x times per week, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Manila Time
Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension) / Staff Augmentation
